Only the data controller has access to the data. Processors: Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) for list management and email sending; Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) for hosting, storage and audience measurement (Cloudflare Web Analytics); Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Transfers outside the EU are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. No resale or transfer of data.

Pre-launch: StockPont is in development and no Etsy shop is connected today. Once access to the Etsy API is obtained, the app will process the following Etsy data, only for the seller who connects their shop:

No cookie is set. Audience measurement is exempt from consent (art. 82 of the French Data Protection Act) because it is used only to produce anonymous statistics for our own account. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics: a small script sends, for each page view, the page address, the referring site (referrer), the browser and device type, the country and page-load speed measurements. This data is used only to produce anonymous, aggregated statistics (number of page views and visits, most viewed pages). It does not allow you to be tracked from one site to another, is not combined with other data, is not passed on to third parties and is not used for advertising. It is processed by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and failing that under standard contractual clauses, which commits in its data processing agreement to process it only on our documented instructions; Cloudflare states that it does not use cookies or “fingerprinting” (IP address, browser) to identify visitors. Retention: detailed data is kept by Cloudflare for 7 days, then aggregated; statistics remain viewable for 6 months. You can object at any time by writing to [email protected]; you can also block the script with a content blocker, with no effect on your use of the site.
