Free GPSR checklist: a product-by-product template

What the checklist covers

• One line per product, with its SKU.
• Manufacturer: name, postal address, email address.
• EU responsible person (if the manufacturer is outside the EU).
• Product identifier (type, batch, serial number).
• Warnings and safety information, and the languages they exist in.
• Documentation: risk analysis, technical documentation.
• “Done on Etsy” and “Done on Shopify” boxes.

How to use it, in 5 steps

1. List your products with their SKU (Shopify or Etsy export).
2. Identify the manufacturer of each product (you, if you make it).
3. Add the EU responsible person for products made outside the EU.
4. Write the warnings in the language of the countries you sell to.
5. Copy the information to Etsy and Shopify, then tick both columns.
